Si sa stii c-am sa propun inchiderea topicului tau cu dulciuri si cu alte bunatati , ca m-am saturat sa tot inghit in sec, vreau sa puna acolo doua-trei lacate mari si grele si pe usa cateva poze cu praz si dragavei bio. Mithras, daca mai faci bascalie de mine , spun si eu la tot poporul ca , daca aduci bani putini, de-aia nu pot sa fac retetele alea mai acatarii, cum sa fac eu rost de tot ce zice Sami acolo , asa , c-o poala de loboda, doua cepe , un morcov si doua fire de patrunjel rezolv problema fara prea multa tevatura, si nu te mai plange de mancarurile mele dietetice, ce-ai cu ele, nu-ti creste colesterolul, nici trigliceridele, nici nu-ti scade insulina, poate vreo anorexie sa te pasca, dar cine te pune sa iesi din casa cand bate vantul? Pana ajunge Sami la bunica ei, ti-o scriu pe-asta. "Ai nevoie de 500 g tarate de grau, 300 g malai, o mana de husti (prima data , 20g drojdie de bere) , 2-3 felii de paine neagra, frunze de visin, leustean. Intr-un borcan pentru muraturi de 5-6 litri (daca ai o putinica e si mai bine) pui taratele si malaiul, adaugi hustile (sau drojdia daca e prima data), apoi torni apa fierbinte pana se umple borcanul. Atentie, aseaza cutite sub borcan ca sa nu se sparga. ! Pui acum frunzele de visin si leusteanul, acoperi cu servet si lasi la cald. In 2-3 zile e gata. Asta ar fi remediabil, dar ce fac cu hustii? Sau drojdia de bere? De unde? Fiule, te-ai lacomit si-ai pacatuit, ai papat toate proviziile, putinica n-ai, treci pe improvizatii, cica "in cazul cand borsul se prepara pentru prima data si nu avem "husti", se face o maia din 250 g de malai amestecat cu apa fiarta. Dupa ce se raceste putin, se adauga 2 linguri de faina de grau. Se amesteca si se lasa sa dospeasca 12 ore. Numai in cazul in care doriti sa obtineti mai repede borsul, adaugati drojdie de bere, o bucatica cat o nuca, altfel nu, si atunci puteti umple borsul la numai 2 ore. E preferabil sa lasati sa se produca fermentatia in mod natural. Aceasta maia se adauga in locul hustilor la prepararea borsului." Drojdie de bere de-aia pe care-o folosesti tu cand faci paine in masinaria ta isteata, ca eu tot la framantatul in capestere am ramas. Cautai pe google, clatite americane, cica. Imi amintesc ca faceam ceva asemanator, dar cu mere. Nu ieseau clatite, mai degraba ceva spre gogosi. Cat despre ghimbir, am auzit, dar de vazut " in carne si oase" nu l-am vazut. Prin magazine vad si eu fel de fel de cutii, pachetele , pungute cu te miri ce prin ele, pe ambalaje scrie in diverse limbi, la poze ma hizlesc degeaba, asa ca ma duc glont la zaharul vanilinat, esenta de vanilie, de rom, de lamaie, de-astea venite din mosi-stramosi , tot drumul stiut mi-e mai aproape, greu se mai invata calul batran cu saua noua!
