Trebuie sa dai cat mai multe detalii despre facilitati: camere, zona, daca e mobilat, daca are termopane, parchet, ma rog, intelegi tu. Da, ideal ar fi sa pui si poze – stii ce se spune, o poza face uneori cat 1000 de cuvinte. Eu imi pun anunturile pe ImobiliareBiz, am vandut repede terenul si casa. Bafta!
