E acel vas din lut care inainte de utilizare se tine cam 20 de minute in apa. Mi-am cumparat si eu unul si acum sunt interesata de retete. Nu am mai gatit niciodata in el si mi se pare asa de ciudat ca nu trebuie pusa apa.

Pui cu legume

Se condimenteaza puiul, se adauga legume se mai sareaza un pic, putin ulei si gata rolleyes.gif

Mama mea face in astfel de vas friptura(asa se numeste la noi):orez, cartofi, carne, salacilat sau pasta si apa.Se tine in cuptor pana se rumeneste.

Ma gandesc ca nu pune multa apa, ca vasul asta trebuie tinut 20 minute in apa inainte de folosire. Gatitul practic se face in aburi.
