silbermond Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 (edited) 3-12 ore in vacante dorm 12 ore adica : adorm pe la 12 - 01 noaptea si ma trezesc in aceeasi zi tot pe la 12-13 in timpul scolii doar vreo 3-6 ore pe noapte pentru ca vreo doua ore imi ia sa adorm si dimineata trebuie sa merg la scoala noroc cu vacanta ca am timp berechet de recuperat orele de somn pierdute (si totusi ma gandesc inca la niste somnifere, numai ca nu vreau sa devin dependenta) Edited August 21, 2008 by silbermond Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Asimetric Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 (edited) 8 ore. Marja de eroare poate fi 30 de minute, dar niciodata mai mare. (adica intre 7,5 ore si 8,5 ore) Si doar noaptea. Ziua nu am mai dormit de cand aveam 10 ani, si atunci cu mari dificultati din partea alor mei.
