I have lots of cook books though and do like watching cookery programs on TV. My favourite chef is Heston Blumenthal - I think he is an absolute genius and a bit of a mad scientist too I would love to be able to have a meal in his restaurant 'The Fat Duck' in Berkshire. I also like Nigella Lawson, Hélene Darroze, Marcus Waering, Albert Roux, Michel Roux, Angela Hartnett, Rachel Allen and Ken Hom. I haven't really got a favourite style of cuisine, I like Chinese, Italian, Indian, Thai, French... Favourite ingredients - I would be here all day talking about the things I like!!!
